What is Club Feast?
Club Feast delivers meals from your favorite restaurants at unbeatable prices. We offer flexible lunch and dinner meal credits that allow you to pre-order meals and pre-plan deliveries for 50% less than our competition.
What does a credit get you?
1 credit = 1 dish.
Do I have to pay to be a member?
No! Club Feast is free to subscribe. You only pay for the meal credits you buy!
When do you deliver?
We deliver 7 days a week. You can choose from 45-minute delivery windows between 11:45 to 2:00 pm for lunch and 5:00 to 7:15 pm for dinner.
When is the latest I can place an order?
You must place your order by 6:00 pm the night before the day of delivery! You also have the option of planning out your whole week by ordering as many days in advance as you would like.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in San Fransisco, Daly City and South SF, and we are quickly expanding to other cities. Please add your address here* so we can let you know when we are available in your city
Can I choose different dishes?
Yes. You can select different dishes within the same order as long as the dishes are from the same restaurant. This allows us to most efficiently deliver your meals, thus saving you money and reducing our carbon footprint!
Where do you source your meals?
The quality of our meals is incredibly important to us, so we work directly to partner with local restaurants in your area to provide you the best lunch and dinner experiences at grocery-like prices. This allows us to support the local community while simultaneously providing our customers with a variety of options!
Can I skip my delivery for a particular week?
Yes. If you skip meals in any given week, your remaining meal credits will roll over to future weeks. You can use these additional credits at any time, and they will never expire!
Can I pause getting new credits?
Yes. Navigate to the “Your Plan” page to pause your account and delay receiving new credits. Once you reactivate, crediting will resume as normal.
Where can I see my credits and billing?
You can see your plan and billing information on the “Your Plan” tab in your account.
I selected meal credits when I signed up, but now I want to upgrade. When will the upgrade take effect?
Changes in meal credits take place in the next billing cycle. You are billed weekly, so you will get more meals added in no more than 7 days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like your new plan to start immediately.

How do fees work on Club Feast?
When you place an order on Club Feast, the fees you pay help us cover delivery costs, operate the Club Feast platform, and provide you the highest-quality service and meals possible.
On the checkout screen, you can see the breakdown of the fees that could be associated with your order. Additionally, you will receive a receipt showing the breakdown of the order subtotal, applicable taxes, fees, and optional gratuity. Note, our delivery fee is per delivery and so will be dependent upon the number of deliveries you schedule. These delivery fees will be applied to your next week billing.
Orders delivered with Club Feast may include the following fees:
Service Fee: Service fees equal 15% of your order subtotal.
Small Order Fee: A small order fee will be applied for single dish orders. You can remove the small order fee by purchasing multiple dish orders.
Delivery Fee: A $2 delivery fee will be applied per delivery.
